Thanatos I @Thanatos0042 Dec 18 My big complaint is that all the male characters have become secondary, support characters for all the power women, that the writers ensure get all the heroic moments, and save the male characters The male characters have become less competent than the female ones as well and they have to steer the male characters down the correct paths. Typical girl bosses, work agenda and leftist ideology have infected the show to the point, I barely enjoy any of it. I thought the idea of gibbs being apart of an episode again would bring some life and character back to the show. However seeing what little of gibbs was interesring the storyline itself was not a favorite of mine. I get the idea of crossover episodes but this to me was more focused on ncis origins than being a true crossover. I tune into ncis every week for ncis not ncis origins. I do not care for origins and do not watch it. In fact the only time I turned into origins I could not get passed the first 5 minutes. My favorite will always be ncis. Although I did get into ncis hawaii but we know where that went to the cut floor to make way for ncis sdyney which is worse than origins. All this epsiode was about was origins. It clocked more time on origins than anything. Put origins back where it belongs. Origins has its time let it stay there. When I put on ncis I want the orginal characters of mcgee, palmer, knight, torres etc... not a backflash of characters that cannot act. Origins to me is a nonstarter because the actors do not protray the characters as they should be. Now I am thinking twice, do I tune back into ncis next tuesday or not. I really want to but will I get ncis characters or more bad acting and stroyline mix up with the other spinoffs.
