The series takes viewers inside Southwest Airlines, one of the country's largest and busiest airlines, serving more than 100 million travelers a year. Each episode shares the personal stories of the airline's customers, taking place both in the terminals and on the planes, as well as the varied experiences of Southwest's employees who have to cope with the chaos of weather delays, irate passengers and other sticky situations. The show focuses specifically on five of the airline's biggest airport hubs, which include Denver International and Chicago Midway International airports.
