Some moments feel magical, some feel realistic, but the show can’t quite capture that alchemical moment when the two are combined. Go to Full Review

It’s a gorgeous achievement. In times like these, we need Gabriel Garcia Marquez’s comic, passionate, unsettling reminder that human history repeats itself, but even at its darkest moments, life is a glorious thing. Go to Full Review

The second part of One Hundred Years Of Solitude starts out a bit muddled but generally does a good job of setting up the conclusion of its story as time moves forward. Go to Full Review

Márquez's novel may be about one man’s ambitious dream ultimately fading into obscurity after a century, but Netflix’s masterpiece adaptation of One Hundred Years of Solitude ensures the story itself will live on for generations to come. Go to Full Review

See more Peter K @Vacadoug Sep 7, 2026 This series almost defies description -- the best epic drama I've seen in decades! See more Sunny L @sunnyfraudulent Sep 5, 2026 just as beautiful as first season See more Johann D. M @Johann33 Sep 1, 2026 ¡¡OBRA MAESTRA MÁGICA, TRÁGICA Y FIEL!!! See more Afsaneh F @RT67641885 Aug 28, 2026 This show was BY FAR the best you can find on Netflix. I read the book 15 years ago and fell in love with Márquez world. And now this show made it easier for me to follow the family tree. ( i read the book referring to the family tree all the time due to the names repetition). It’s Amazing, I finally could understand why the tittle is one hundred years of solitude. See more Carlo D @RT92480128 Aug 28, 2026 Simply the best thing I've watched on the screen to date. (71 years) The book was hauntingly beautiful, this adaptation done by Netflix astoundingly so. See more Read all reviews
