The result is a weird mash-up of natural history and space science, and it doesn’t work. Go to Full Review

As much as it feels like it’s two docuseries combined into a big unwieldy mess, Our Universe‘s graphics, photography and narration still make it a compelling watch. Go to Full Review

Vik A Nov 19 Way too much time wasted on animal analogies. Cosmos remains a vastly superior show. See more Philip C Oct 3 The mashup of CGI animals and real animals is weird at best. The CGI of the universe, cells, etc. is quite good. But the story, trying to combine natural science with space science just doesn't work well. I had great hopes for it, and as much as I love series like this, this series just isn't that good. See more Nicole H 10/06/2024 This series illustrates the beauty, fragility, rarity, and near-impossibility of life. As life that has its origins in the beginning of the universe struggles to continue, it deserves our care and protection. See more letaiser 07/22/2024 It was alright , I mean some cgi was pretty good and then some videos which were taken , but this is a weird mash up between some space and then some storys of animals on the earth , and it is way to long , 6 episodes which all were almost an hour long , you learned sometimes something but overall it was pretty mid. The animations tho were very good. See more J. A. B 07/07/2024 I just finished watching episode no. 3 to learn about space and was pleasantly surprised when the secondary theme was bears and their interconnectedness with the Universe. As the Founder of Bear Grounds Coffee Co., a nonprofit org. for bear conservation, this is now my favorite episode ever. I am a space and bear lover at heart. The other comments saying that comparing the Universe to nature "doesn't make any sense"... I am honestly sorry that they cannot comprehend that we are all interconnected. It is a beautiful way to see the world. I thought I was the only one, but to the people who created this - I have never felt so seen and understood in my entire life. Also, the Universe is A PART of nature. I don't watch a lot of TV because I don't like to waste my time but I cannot stop raving about this. I even suggested it to my Board of Directors if they wanted something to watch over the weekend. So beautiful for those who can appreciate it. - Jessica Berry See more Arman C 06/27/2024 So terribly bad. There is nothing to learn here, just saying big numbers and showing things that look cool. No cohesiveness. Just brainrot See more Read all reviews
