Outlander – Blood of My Blood" delivers a strong and emotionally rich first season. It absolutely works within the same universe — the tone, atmosphere, and storytelling style feel consistent and loyal to the original series. The casting is truly impressive: the younger versions of the iconic characters are so believable that you genuinely feel they are their future selves, especially the MacKenzie family. The creators are fortunate to have such a strong foundation — a rich collection of novels to draw from — and they use this source material wisely. The show keeps the spirit of "Outlander," and because of that, it works beautifully. If you're a fan of the original series, this one is definitely worth watching. Highly recommended.

I didn’t believe it could be as good as the original “Outlander” but it is. “Ellen, we must stop. If I took your virginity I’d never forgive myself - you’d be rruined”. “Rrruin me!” The authentic settings, the amazing costumes done in original quality woolen tartans .. the exquisite tailoring! It all shows - it’s fabulous. Bravo!!!

It is boring and very slow. Two people traveled back in time and don't give it from second thought about it. Half hour of sex in an episode.
