Jimmy Smits stars as Cyrus Garza, a U.S. Supreme Court Justice who abruptly steps down from the position after realizing that the system he believed in was flawed. Garza now represents "the little guy" in his private practice, using his inside knowledge of the justice system to take on big legal cases and upset powerful people in the process.
