Minha opinião: Assisti as duas temporadas em 1 dia. Na verdade meu neto pediu para colocar um desenho e coloquei este. Ele assistiu uns 3 episódio e eu assisti as duas temporadas. Total de 14 episódio. Meu neto tem 7 anos, mas não recomendo para esta idade pois alguns momentos tem cenas um pouco fortes, melhor que sejam acima de 12 anos. Este anime me surpreendeu é um dos melhores animes que já assisti. Todo seu roteiro e estoria pode tranquilamente se tornar um filme, se seguirem exatamente o mesmo roteiro irá se tornar tão bão quanto os dois primeiros filmes. Senti que o #desenho foi produzido com muito carinho, pois sentimos os sentimentos seus sentimentos, caráter, medos, frustações, e vencendo e progredindo a cada episódio. E você sente isso e até mesmo na humanidade nos sistema Loa que é a IA do Jaeger Atlas Destryer que era para treinamento e não para combate, tanto que ele não tem armas. Então imagine os combates com os #kaidyus E ainda sendo Taylor e HAyley são adolescentes e irmãos. Onde Taylor é o irmão mais velho. Os irmãos estão em uma viagem em busca de seus pais que são comandantes de Jaeger e saíram para combate, mas nunca voltaram. Então os irmãos resolvem ir atrás deles e nesta caminhada encontram o Jaeger Atlas e encontram o garoto em um laboratório e os irmãos acolhem o garoto. E caminhando se encotram com a Mei uma guerreira do bando de Shane. E assim são levados para o QG de Shane, mas digamos que os ideais são bateram e Shane quer tomar o Jaeger. Assim os irmãos e o garoto fogem e nesta fuga Mei auxilia. E Shane vai segui-los. Nisto eles passam por perigo e o garoto se trnas forma em um kaidyu. E quando isto é revelado as bruxas começam a perseguir eles. E reencontram sua mãe que havia tido uma lavagem cerebral pela bruxa. Assim com a ajuda de Shane a mãe é liberta mas Shane morre e o garot é raptado pelas bruxas, conseguem resgata-lo mas a mãe acaba falecendo. Assim quando estão seguindo para a base de Sydinei, são perseguidos pelos kaidyus e as bruxas, assim ocorre o ultima batalha. E com o sacrifício final de Loa e Atlas eles vencem e os irmãos reencontram com o pai e apresentam seus novos irmãos o garoto e Mei. Muito bem feito os desenhos o enredo diálogos e toda a apresentação com uma boa dosagem de drama e superação onde não esqueceram de nenhum personagem. Parabéns a toda a produção. Vale apena assistir? Com certeza. Nota: 9

Hugely enjoyable, beautifully animated, extremely well voice acted and expands on the lore in a very satisfying way. Enjoyed the darker tone of this very much even if it was a little less humorous than the movies. A very strong series. One of the best animated series I've seen in quite a while.

It definitely won't win any awards for originality but it expands on kaiju lore why making a fairly enjoyable story.

The movies are flawed but good. Which I was expecting when I decided to watch the series. It's mega flawed and not good at all. In fact, it's god awful. Except for the basic premise of Kaijus vs. Jaegers they changed pretty much everything else. Considering the way the second movie I was expecting the series to pick up where the second movie left off, but nope. There is no connection the movies, AT ALL. These whiney "kennys" are the leads. The Jaeger is barely seen in most episodes Plus I know they wanted an anime feel but it's not Japanese anime so not syncing up the lip movements with the English words to give a dub feeling is lazy and slightly insulting. This is a huge disappointment.

More bad writers ripping of ip's. Make your own ip! Animation at time was great, but could tell when they cheaply rushed stuff with computer animations stile form like the 90s

Pretty fresh ideas. The giant robot scenario has been done before, but not like this. The aliens are fresh, not some rehashed alien armada out to squash earth. The story line does seem a bit far fetched like winning the Indy 500 in a drivers ed car. But it is still entertaining and fresh enough to watch. Waiting to see what season 2 brings
