Set in Long Island, N.Y., three women -- and close-knit childhood friends -- cope with the death of the fourth member of their group. When faced with the reality that life is short, these women pivot, and alter their current paths, by way of a series of impulsive, ill-advised and self-indulgent decisions. These pivots strengthen their bond and prove it's never too late to screw up one's life in the pursuit of happiness. "Pivoting" takes a real look at three intelligent, empowered and seemingly enlightened women who decide to hit the reset button. For all three of these women, the untimely and heartbreaking death of their friend was the wake-up call they didn't know they needed, but it might just be the thing that helps them live their best lives.

As with its leads, Pivoting does not quite achieve perfection, but it's amusing enough to watch it try. Go to Full Review

One of the more promising new mid-season comedies... Not wildly funny yet, but definitely wacky. Go to Full Review

The motherhood debacles, dad jokes, job irritations and #epicfails that the characters experience will pull some laughs out of viewers, especially those who are fans of dark comedy and single-camera sitcoms. Go to Full Review

Pivoting works because of its three leads, but they're dealing with uneven stories that we hope will be worked out as its first season goes along. Go to Full Review

Watching Coupe curse her way through misguided parenting adventures is an absolute delight every week. Goodwin and Maggie Q are both excellent, as well. Go to Full Review

Frank M @RT31808023 01/18/2023 Easily the best show to come out in 2022 See more jon c 05/31/2022 Such a funny show focusing on 3 women in their 30s After their friend dies it's the catalyst for them to start reshuffling their priorities and the way they live their lives not just as women but as mothers too Ginnifer Goodwin, Maggie Q, and Eliza Coupe make quite the delightful trio They work their way around motherhood, sisterhood, and livelihood even if they don't know how to do it properly I actually didn't realize how funny this was after a few episodes Quite wacky too The episodes are short but get a lot of mileage with its quirky writing Stinks though this is short-lived and there won't be anymore episodes because these actresses are so freaking good! See more 03/30/2022 Excellent writing and cast! One of a few shows where I actually laugh out loud while watching. I sure hope there's a season 2 and beyond! See more 03/26/2022 One if my FAVORITE new shows of 2022, its so hard to find this kind of cast chemistry, no one tries to outshine the other, each hilarious with perfect performance deliveries.
