56 Up

Episode Info

The lives of 14 people in Britain are examined in "56 Up," an installment in the "Up" series that first profiled the subjects in 1964, when they were 7, and has updated their stories every seven years since. Cabbie Tony reflects on changes to the East End; teacher Nick and homemaker Suzy discuss how the series has impacted them; and Peter, who leads a band called the Good Intentions, returns for the first time since "28 Up," when he received bad press for criticizing Margaret Thatcher.
