Maria Bello stars as detective Jane Timoney in a drama based on the British series of the same name. Timoney has just transferred to a male-dominated New York City precinct where her status as an outsider and a woman have made it difficult to get respect despite being brilliant at her job. She is also held back by her questionable past and rude and reckless behavior. Alexandra Cunningham ("Desperate Housewives") and Peter Berg ("Friday Night Lights") adapted the series for American audiences and serve as executive producers.
