Dave C @RT09838700 05/09/2024 An artistic mix of talent and storytelling vision applied by different directors, bringing some of Satyajit Ray’s short stories to the screen. The first two are brilliant, delivering quality writing, and great performances, making for really engaging stories. The third instalment is a little less surreal and magical than the director is intending, with a weaker story… and then the final episode flops with a messy script, poor direction, and a general feeling of self-love being played out. I am glad there hasn’t been another series/anthology, as I am not sure it would be any more impactive than this manages See more Read all reviews
