To their credit, none of the bunch have lost a step in all these years away. Their performances are spirited as you'd expect. These are the quirky calamitous kiddos you remember--even if they look different. Go to Full Review

The new Rugrats is great, actually, and I will not apologize for saying it. It’s funny, it doesn’t pander to modern audiences, and it even looks pretty good. Go to Full Review

All in all, while Paramount+ may be depending too much on mining their old IP for series, the Rugrats reboot is a nice and perfectly enjoyable remake. Go to Full Review

If grown-up 90s kids are worried that this redo will ruin the series, don't be: this CG-animated update to the classic series is fantastic. Go to Full Review

That old audience may or may not be able to meet the show-and its long-established depiction of what adulthood ought to look like-halfway... Go to Full Review

Following a terrific debut episode, which easily hooks older fans, the series-proper seems to have much younger viewers at heart... There's certainly something in here for everyone to enjoy, but older viewers may want to temper expectations. Go to Full Review

Stephen C @bob25009 Jun 1 24 funny Nickelodeon episodes. See more Daniel Q @Daniel867 12/08/2023 this is getting even more adventure (adventure and fantasy) See more Leticia q @RT53295139 09/19/2023 This is really fun omg🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 See more 04/17/2022 Not bad for a reboot, only thing really disappointing is no Dil Pickles yet. See more 01/25/2022 As a child of the 90s I was so ecstatic to see this & I couldn't be more disappointed. Other than the returning voice actresses for the babies there's nothing that remotely resembles the original series and everything new is absolutely terrible! The animation is off-putting, the adult voice actors, who are all celebrities (obvious Hollywood casting) are AWFUL! "Chaz" sounds like a horrible imitation of the original, "Grandpa" sounds like he's a young adult. The only decent one is "Didi." The stories are boring. Worst of all is the amount of politics in the script. I don't mind a little storyline for the adults like Spongebob, but it's littered with political lines out of nowhere and for no reason. Do yourself a favor and skip the revival and go rewatch the original with your children. An obvious cash grab from Hollywood and ruining the legacy of a wonderful children's series. See more 08/29/2021 This is turning out to get me enjoying Rugrats more often. Gets me wondering if Reptar should have his own movie from Paramount Animation and Nickelodeon Movies in theaters or on Netflix. See more Read all reviews
