Bean is clocking plenty of overtime working his nefarious side for the fans, but none of the hard work going into this production is enough to counteract the grim depression saturating this endless trip.

Alongside Diggs and Connelly, there are enjoyable performances from Mickey Sumner, as a good-hearted member of the train's de facto police force, and Alison Wright as Ruth Wardel.

Season two picking up where season one ends means that the new season is also picking up some of the show's old baggage... Hopefully [It] will find the time to sit with those effects on a character-level instead of just barreling through the story.

Sean Bean has an absolute riot of a time playing Mr Wilford as The Worst Human Being Of All Time. Imagine that Joffrey and Ramsay Bolton raised a child together, and that child grew up and was in charge of saving the world.

A dystopian sci-fi series. Earth has frozen, and what remains of humanity is trying to survive aboard a fast train. Sean Bean perform masterfully as a genius/psychotic inventor of the train. Daveed Diggs is great as an unlikely leader of the masses. Jennifer Connelly is excellent as both a mother and engineer.

This was in many ways better than the first season, as the whole thing with the two trains fighting against each other was very exciting and so many things happened.

An improvement on season 1. This season continues to look at the dynamics of the classes while upping the narrative based around it's key players. Arguably the best episode of this season is the one that isn't set on the Snowpiercer.

Every episode is a 10/10. Keeps you engaged, the evolution of the characters is done excellently and all the plots and stories presented are very captivating
