It is not like Star Trek: The Next Generation, in the sense that it mimics a conspiracy thriller as opposed to a philosophically driven space odyssey. But it is "Star Trek," and a fitting closer Go to Full Review

It’s wonderful. It’s also officially the end. Trekkies will be overjoyed – and then devastated the fun is over almost as soon as it has begun. Go to Full Review

The only question left — at least for me — is whether Paramount Global will have the good sense to keep a great Trek series going, just as it has finally found a thrilling new voice. Go to Full Review

When you have that caliber of acting on your screen, honestly, nothing else matters. Some things just transcend writing and cohesiveness, honestly. Go to Full Review

It’s a handsomely produced collection of callbacks, inside jokes, and familiar cues. A collection of saccharine nostalgia that says nothing ever changes and nothing ever should. Go to Full Review

Nicholas P. @npuzar 3d Best season of The Next Generation ever. See more Michael B @miggitymikeb 4d Excellent! This is what we wanted all along. Thank you Terry Matalas. Paramount/CBS needs to let Terry Matalas run Star Trek and not Kurtzman. Matalas "gets it." Kurtzman does not seem to understand what makes Star Trek "Star Trek." See more Sebastian R. @SharkFin Jan 18 Have to admit, the ending had me tear up. Love how it closed out. Wonderful integration of the original STNG crew! See more Christine K. @sci-fi-equestrian Jan 16 I liked all the seasons but this was the best. I wish all had been like this See more Alex S Jan 11 This show is not good. Its written like a soap opera, and the portrayals of the characters are dramatic mockeries of the originals. Seeing these aged actors return in this era of awful writing was really painful. None of Star Trek's hope and optimism exist in this show. Thankfully, the good version of the show is also on Paramount+, just start up Star Trek The Next Generation for ~250 episodes of the better, original flavor! See more Matt M Jan 11 What an absolute perfect ending to the next generation. I cant believe how good this was. Season 1 was good, Season 2 was just ok to me...but this was fantastic. Could not have asked for anything more. Bravo See more Read all reviews
