It may seem like "Star Wars lite" compared to some of the darker, more mature entries in the franchise, but it's exciting to see an age-appropriate offering for the youngest fans. Go to Full Review

Young Jedi Adventures is a fun show and a fine introduction to the Star Wars canon for kids who aren’t ready to see the smoking, charred remains of Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru. Go to Full Review

In remembering this all-too-essential part of the galaxy far, far away, the creatives behind the series have put out something really special: a worthy and delightful first entry point into Star Wars. Go to Full Review

The show never speaks down to the intended audience. The animation and the breezy running time (5-6 minutes each) makes it enjoyable for adults to watch too, without insulting their experience and intelligence. It's a lovely, whiz-bang show. Go to Full Review

O menos. (ENGLISH) It's clear this isn't meant for you if you already know who Darth Vader is, have argued over whether Mace Windu survived, or still get goosebumps when John Williams' score hits. Young Jedi Adventures is a preschool series designed to gently introduce the youngest viewers to the galaxy far, far away. With its vibrant animation, cute characters (Nubs is literally a plush toy wielding a lightsaber), and easy-to-follow morals about teamwork, patience, or saying sorry, it does what it’s supposed to do: be kind, cheerful, and keep a five-year-old’s attention. The problem is when you try to look at it from any other angle. There’s no second layer, no storylines that could appeal to older kids, and not even the occasional wink to long-time fans like other Star Wars kids' shows have done. Its biggest strength is its intention, but the execution is repetitive, harmless, and lacks any real narrative weight. For little ones, it might be a lovely first step into Star Wars. For everyone else… one episode is probably more than enough. Bentkey has much better product. See more Ryan N @RT63686159 08/02/2023 This show is so sweet. It's the perfect family show! Episode 9 "Kai's Bad Day" was absolutely terrific! I can't tell you how many bad days I have had over the past several months and I found this so relatable. I have overslept and missed planes/shuttles before too! I might not have had a Jedi Master around to tell me to "focus on things that cheer me up, that are good" on my bad days, but I am grateful I have friends that tell me! Shoutout to Mycho Zala. These kids are so funny. See more Justin D @RT78892215 07/26/2023 My nephew has been watching this on repeat, finally a show we both enjoy! Tons of fun, highly recommend! See more Read all reviews
