Gosh, those sophisticated critics! - I'll stick with us everyday guys and move on to something better - Coben's work really hit a low on this one - did he use a committee of coin-tossers to see where he'd take the plot next? Rarely believable, sometimes slipping off into sci-fi-ish fantasy, double lives, and on... Geez, it had me working too hard, not so much following it, but always asking, "Really???"
