Not a Must Watch
When you watch these episodes from this new series, it doesn't really offer anything deeper, such as a deep dive into the characters or their relationships. There's just more plot. Go to Full Review

Now that most of them have been reunited with a common goal, it’s promising to believe that the fifth and final season will split the difference between the streamlined third and bloated fourth chapters to find the perfect middle ground. Go to Full Review

How refreshing it is, then, to find that the just-concluded fourth season returns to the brilliant heights of its first. Go to Full Review

4/5
Darker, grittier, and more mature than previous seasons, the fourth go-round with this fantasy/horror series channels 1980s horror, especially Nightmare on Elm Street, for its continuing narrative. Go to Full Review

My biggest question that I have is: “How are The Duffer Brothers going to top this?” It’s going to be difficult, for sure, but I trust them to finish out this story the right way. Go to Full Review

In the build-up to the final season, the Duffer Brothers ensure that the coming-of-age themes still resonate during several memorable — and surprisingly emotional — scenes where characters have to usurp their personal demons and rise to the occasion. Go to Full Review

Brady S. @Brady_sizemore1316 4d This season is my 2nd favorite because it’s action packed… tells a lot of story, the story is WELL told… it was a slow season but was worth watching. EVERYTHING IS 10/10! See more Paolo F @XKP-Producer Apr 26 Even though the first season remains my favorite, this one is still superior to the third. It adds many elements to the saga, creating a pleasant effect. Anche sa la prima stagione rimane la mia preferita, questa comunque è superiore alla terza. Si aggiungono molti elementi alla saga, creando un effetto gradevole. Everything is upgraded in this season, the thrills, the scares, the family dynamic, the cgi, everything! The season finale will blow your mind as always, and will make you sob!!! 10/10, go watch it now! See more av 8 @anagha.vinay Apr 14 Season 4: Second Watch There is a tremendous lot packed into this season—plot and character. While it is immensely enjoyable, it does not strike to be as memorable as the previous seasons, solely because of its volume. Some of the character arcs show poor development, but that was just how they were supposed to turn out. They were raw. They were compelling. Each episode was a cinema on its own and ran as long too, though the viewer's probably experienced time weirdly all while watching this. There are so many mind-blowing revelations and everything starts to make perfect sense now. All these seasons up until now were only the setting up for the final showdown of season 5. Everything remains chaotic in a beautifully contained way, and we sit and witness as the puzzle pieces fall into their perfect places one by one, with the perfect music and cinematography and the perfect amount of spice. This is a story in which I cannot tell who the villain is. Everyone has got their demons. I love how they connected him to all the things that I've happened before and I love how they made back now like such a terrible person not only that but the plot and this is original and is probably the best season of Stranger Things. Also, every emotional scene actually hit really hard. Amazing. See more Read all reviews
