Adapted from the New York Times bestselling novels by Robyn Carr, "Sullivan's Crossing" follows the journey of neurosurgeon Maggie Sullivan, whose perfectly planned life is turned upside down after finding herself in unexpected legal troubles. Needing time to reflect, she temporarily leaves her life in Boston and takes refuge in her childhood home of Sullivan's Crossing, a campground in picturesque Nova Scotia that is run by her estranged father, Sully. There, she must deal with her complicated present while she also navigates her painful past. Further complicating matters is a mysterious newcomer whose presence ultimately leads Maggie to question her carefully laid plans.

We’ve all seen it before. This is “Northern Exposure” if it had been made for the Hallmark Channel. Go to Full Review

Sullivan's Crossing does a decent job of transporting the viewer to a tight-knit Canadian coastal community, but the chemistry among characters builds at arm's length. Go to Full Review

If you’ve been hankering for another heaping helping of slow-moving, romantic drama a la Virgin River, then Sullivan’s Crossing should help satisfy that craving. Go to Full Review

Lucie W @RT57545800 May 31 i used to love this series, but season 4 is just making me want to stop watching. the writers have ruined the show completely See more Julianne C. @SloaneCelenne Apr 1 It’s a quaint story. Also wholesome without profanity explicit sax and violence like everything else has. It’s a nice change. I just don’t like the storyline written that a mother takes a daughter away from the father, and the daughter blames the father. Im so tired of women being painted as victims. The message of the show seems to be if you are wronged you are entitled to be unforgiving. See more Ben J @RT18590438 Mar 25 Of course we know the story line - girl with a bf / fiance, met another dude, has feelings for both, romance with new dude brewing, can't decide so on and so forth. Predictable. However, the leading lady character is annoying beyond belief that it is unrealistic. She is supposed to be smart (neurosurgeon) and yet she is so stupid. To top that off, she has a habit of withholding truth and telling half truth, saying things she regrets that normal people would never do to begin with. After one season I am done. The actings were top notch though by the other actors. See more Kaitlyn C @KaitlynCa Jan 15 This is a cute show to watch to pass some time. I have a hard time sticking to it because it's too familiar. The story line of the show, which is adapted from Robyn Carr's novel published in 2016, sounds VERY similar to Hart of Dixie from 2011 with some changes to back stories and what ties everyone together. I do appreciate the differences in the shows, but it's almost too similar for me. Being influenced is great, and I know there are only so many stories to be told of this style. This just seemed very copy and paste. The acting and script was, for the most part, very lackluster. Small build-ups with no releases. Minimal details added to conversations, which makes it difficult to follow the emotions of the characters. Love Chad and Scott though. See more Dianne P @RT48609609 Nov 14 Awful script. I want to shake all the wooden characters as "nobody wants to talk about it". Maggie is the worst. No facial expressions. No emotion. Everyone is too nice. Continued watching 3 series as it was like a soap opera but I needed to see if it would get better. It didn't. On a plus point, it made me want to visit the place as the scenery was stunning. See more Julie P @RT53646885 Oct 23 As others have commented, POORLY WRITTEN! Actors must have cringed to have to use this script! Its cringeworthy! See more Read all reviews
