Adapted from the New York Times bestselling novels by Robyn Carr, "Sullivan's Crossing" follows the journey of neurosurgeon Maggie Sullivan, whose perfectly planned life is turned upside down after finding herself in unexpected legal troubles. Needing time to reflect, she temporarily leaves her life in Boston and takes refuge in her childhood home of Sullivan's Crossing, a campground in picturesque Nova Scotia that is run by her estranged father, Sully. There, she must deal with her complicated present while she also navigates her painful past. Further complicating matters is a mysterious newcomer whose presence ultimately leads Maggie to question her carefully laid plans.

We think with the introduction of some new characters, Sullivan’s Crossing will get past the lost of Patterson and the full drift into Maggie’s love life, a plotline that just makes us shrug. Go to Full Review

Buela B @Angie2026 1 day ago The producers have absolutely ruined the show by using a sound stage. The whole show and background looks fake, cheap and ruined the whole show. Loved this show until season 4. No longer watching See more Steve J @RT45299494 Aug 28, 2026 Season 4 in a nutshell: too much Liam and no Sully. What a predictable pile of garbage for the 4th Season- totally how to tank a fairly good show up to that point. They wasted 9 episodes on this guy, all while making the main love interest, Cal, appear very weak. Maggie lies to him about being married and lies to him about her true feelings for Liam. Just for Cal to forgive her and ask her to marry him in the last 10 minutes of the season finale. (Because it didn't work out with Liam). See more Christof G @RT13221918 Aug 25, 2026 Season 4 of Sullivans Crossing is a case study of how to crash and burn a successful show. The removal of any side plots that brought some action and endearing humour and made it fun have been removed. One could think the show runner and crew were freshly recruited from some two Dollar soap opera academy. The formerly strong female characters of Maggie were completely stripped of their bravery and are behaving like needy whining teenagers. The male parts especially Cal and Liam were reduced to the worst stereotype of the current North American male. See more Acacia P @AcaciaMP Aug 10, 2026 I don’t even know what I’m watching anymore. They got rid of so much of the cast and focused in on a weird story that just doesn’t fit. The show also doesn’t move forward with any meaningful change. It’s just awful. The acting was so boring and the meaningless storyline dragged on so long I did a ton of other things on my phone while I sat through it. Maggie has the same look on her face the entire season, it’s actually mind numbing. I fell asleep more than once. Definitely won’t be watching next season. Cast needs to find better projects. See more Lucy R T @Lucy87 Aug 4, 2026 I really enjoy the show. My complaint is how you made Maggie and Sidney weak and needy. Maggie should be a bit more brave come on she is a doctor.. Sidney lived in NY so she can be stronger, and go getter. I love Cal but come on, in season 4 I want to shake him off. In another words make this characters more strong and alive. The ending of season 4, the girl demanding her room … really why Maggie and Cal should have that responsibility, it was kind of bad it just wasn’t real doesn’t do anything , is more like cheesy 🤷🏽‍♀️ Please more excitement, it’s getting boring. See more Abby T @RT81579402 Aug 1, 2026 I am completely done with this show. Now that the series has become a massive money-maker, you can clearly tell that a wave of male directors has jumped in to capitalize on its success, and they have completely ruined it. The latest season has devolved into a frustrating male fantasy rooted in pure misogyny. The writing has taken such a massive hit that the show no longer passes the Bechdel Test. News flash to the new directors: women do not exist solely to center men. Instead of focusing on Maggie’s independent career, personal growth, or genuine female friendships, every single conversation between the women now revolves entirely around romantic drama and catering to the male characters. It is a insulting regression for a show that built its audience on meaningful female stories. The new male-dominated creative direction has stripped the series of its heart just to serve a lazy, outdated male perspective. Unwatchable. See more Read all reviews
