Done right, a will-they-or-won't-they can eat your heart alive. Superstore, for its part, has been torturing its audience for three seasons, albeit in a pretty fun way.

It may not be breakthrough television, but it is an old-fashioned model of the form done very well and it makes me laugh every week.

Mateo is Superstore's most novel Asian American character, but it's really the totality of the Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders characters that makes the show unique...It offers one of TV's most promising and progressive visions of our country.

Superstore has evolved into one of the most enjoyable shows on television. Season 3 was the show's best yet. It started strong and ended with a bang.

You'd think the show would run out of storylines within this massive, Target-esque setting, but it never grows stale. On the contrary, it's a fresh delight every week populated by endearing oddballs and amusing relationships.

Superstore, with its big-box department store setting and willingness to talk about issues pertaining to the American working class, is one of TV's most sneakily thoughtful comedies.

I was expecting this show to have run its course by now, but it's ensemble works. The show is offending and hilarious on all levels. The show treads the soap opera line of dramatic and hilarious. Scrubs balanced this and Superstore has successfully done the same with season 3. 12/05/2020

This SHow is just genuinely hilarious. It still makes me laugh out loud. I think you need to be socially aware to understand a lot the jokes but even if you don't catch them its hilarious either way
  • Apr 12, 2018
I thought it was of very poor quality. I find it to be unfunny and very uninspired. The writing also feels disjointed. I feel as though it is trying so hard to be funny and unique that it just falls very flat.
