Series two may be darker, as already pointed out. But it’s brisk and big-hearted, too. Go to Full Review

The uninitiated might want to hit a recap before jumping in, but otherwise Sweet Tooth remains quite welcoming, the kind of thing you might watch with your adolescent. The series has a big heart, but it only occasionally veers into mawkish terrain. Go to Full Review

Welcome back to the singular world of Sweet Tooth, the pandemic dystopia drama the whole family can enjoy. Go to Full Review

The subject matter feels too heavy for such whimsical redirection and Gus's twitching antlers seem like parentheses around the big themes he represents... Go to Full Review

The world-building is superb, and the hybrid children are just downright adorable, but the show’s initial magic is somewhat lacking until the final third. Go to Full Review

On the whole, there is enough intrigue, magic and wonder to keep one going in this fantastical series about power tussles, humanity and the intrinsic nature of existence. Go to Full Review

TheMovieSearch R @TheMovieSearch Jan 16 Season two of Sweet Tooth is a bit rougher around the edges, but it still manages to carry the heart and creativity established in the first season. The story shifts focus, balancing returning characters with new additions meant to expand the world and raise the stakes. While the pacing feels uneven at times and the storyline isn’t quite as engaging or emotionally strong as before, it never fully loses its charm. There are moments where the narrative feels slightly off-track, yet the characters remain compelling enough to keep you invested. The season still delivers unique ideas, solid performances, and meaningful themes, even if the execution isn’t as tight. Overall, season two is enjoyable, imperfect, and clearly transitional, setting the groundwork for what could become a stronger and more focused third season. See more Graydon M @Greaton1 Dec 11 As someone who was originally very excited for season 2 when they announced it was getting released, I was very disappointed upon watching. The plot in itself makes total sense, but the fact that it goes the way it does makes it very boring. See more Autresa K @autresa 12/24/2024 Nevertheless, I enjoyed the second season. It is as good as the first season. See more M N 08/08/2024 There are a variety of things that made me like sweet tooth, it started off great and there are good metaphors, interesting characters, an interesting plot line and good character development, but constant plot holes and absolute loss of realism killed it for me, especially as the episodes continued on. They get worse and worse as you watch the series. Each episode less authentic than the next. By the end of season 3 it made me want to cancel my Netflix account. See more Peter G 07/24/2024 Season 1 was so good that it propelled me through this season. It wasn’t terrible, but season two felt like it lost something. See more truko22 07/07/2024 No perdió el ritmo que llevaba la primera, un poco mas cruda, muchas cosas interesante pasan, se saben y se conectan.
