As the teachers return from summer break, Ms. Watson tries an ultra premium online dating service and Ms. Snap learns that she's been given the worst group of kids in school; Mrs. Adler is assigned to a mobile classroom.

There's a trespasser at Fillmore and a new security guard is hired; Ms. Snap and Ms. Bennigan hold a "Women Empowering Women" workshop; Mrs. Adler takes stranger danger too far; Ms. Watson purchases a male safety dummy.

Mrs. Adler and her husband move into a tiny house; when Ms. Cannon's homemade jewelry shop fails, Ms. Watson and Ms. Snap try to boost her morale; Ms. Feldman fakes a lesson and Ms. Bennigan struggles with a student.

Ms. Bennigan learns Hot Dad's son has to repeat second grade; Ms. Snap brings her dog to school as a therapy dog; when Ms. Feldman has to teach her students Common Core, she discovers it's more complicated than she thought.

Ms. Snap decides to run for School Council and is thrown into a world of double standards; Ms. Bennigan, Mrs. Adler, Ms. Feldman, and Ms. Cannon help with the campaign, but Ms. Watson takes longer to get on board.

Ms. Feldman can't make ends meet on her salary and takes a second job; Ms. Watson notices a romantic spark between two of her second grade students; the teachers take advantage of Principal Pearson.

Ms. Snap struggles with the idea of turning 31 and tries to regain her youth; Ms. Bennigan offers to baby-sit Blake for Hot Dad; the teachers deal with every teacher's nightmare when the copier breaks down.

When a tornado touches down near Fillmore, procedures go out the window as the teachers panic; Principal Pearson puts the teachers on probation until they complete a team-building course.

Mrs. Adler has to coach Fillmore's kickball team and is surprised to see a group of overly-confident dweebs show up; Principal Pearson reviews security footage and discovers the teachers' skeletons in the janitor's closet.

Ms. Snap changes the school lunch menu while Ms. Feldman starts an underground junk food ring; Hot Dad volunteers for lunch duty and Ms. Bennigan works up the nerve to ask him out on a real date.
