Vince Faraday is an honest cop on a corrupt police force. Framed for a series of murders, Faraday must leave his wife and son to go into hiding. Driven by his desire to reunite with his family and fight the criminals who have overtaken Palm City, Faraday decides to become his son's favorite comic book superhero, The Cape, after being trained by the ringleader of a circus gang of bank robbers.
