Toronto native and aspiring young actress Abby Vargas moves to Los Angeles with little more than the dream of making it big. She finds an apartment in The Lux motel among a group of struggling young hopefuls who make up her new neighbors. Throughout this dramatic and often provocative series, all of the residents of the complex face temptation, tough decisions and the harsh reality of Hollywood, as they fight to succeed in their careers of choice, be it acting, music, dance or comedy.
