The Audacity takes an absurd look at the outsized egos of the Silicon Valley elites building our future. Tech CEO Duncan Park grapples with an increasingly unhinged public persona, threatens to expose his ethically compromised therapist JoAnne Felder (Sarah Goldberg), and squares off against eccentric billionaire Carl Bardolph (Zach Galifianakis). As Big Tech's influence grows, the overconfident, morally bankrupt minds leading the charge begin to unravel, proving the architects of tomorrow can barely manage their lives today.

At times 'The Audacity' is sharply written and it features a talented ensemble cast, but its key characters aren’t much more than comically odious caricatures — which makes it hard to invest in them or the story they’re telling.

There’s real potential here for this show to put AMC back on the map in a meaningful way. It carries that dense, layered texture reminiscent of Mad Men, along with the go-for-broke freneticism of Succession.

We really enjoyed this spot-on skewering of Silicon Valley and the amorality of a whole lot of its denizens. Rob Cordry was very affecting in his role as an outsider who ultimately was chewed up and spit out. By the end of Season 1 (can't wait for Season 2!) everyone was unspooling at a pretty fast clip. Great acting, sharp writing. Billy Magnussen is really excellent as Duncan Park and Zach Galafanakis is as eccentric and watchable as ever.

I didn’t seem like a show that I’d really like, but I gave it a shot and I’m glad I did! I really enjoyed Sarah Goldberg in Barry and she’s great in this, too. The humor’s on point and the plot is entertaining.

I just finished binging this brilliant show. A perfect reflection of the evil that runs tech and the world. It takes a while for the show to develop and I could understand the mouthbreathing crowd not appreciating a series that exposes the greed and lack of ethics taking over the planet in Silicon Valley.

Just another "wanted to like it" guy, reviewing a bad show that could have been great with better writers and, I dont know, characters you gave a care about. As others have said, great acting. Doesnt mean a thing without a good script. It's not particularly witty, and mostly boring. Everyone is unlikeable. The best part of this show was the trailer, and I'd give that a 3 out of 5.
