It was dark, and psychologically disturbing, but not a true "horror". Definitely falls into the thriller/crime drama genre. I got some M.Night Shamilan vibes with all the twists and cliffhangers, which kept my ADHD ass engaged throughout. It lost a star because I went into this with the idea it was a limited series and would be done after 8 episodes. But now Netflix has shifted and there will be a season 2.
