Nice series coverage with lots of tidbits, trivia, and lore all in one place. Excitingly told with hilarious interviews. Writer Harold Livingston (STTMP) was an absolute hoot describing how botched production was. "I suggest, Mr. Wise, you take cyanide!" when it became clear the initial script was going nowhere. I re-watch that line a lot! Definitely worth the time!

Yes, it's mostly history I knew before: the Lucy connection, the false start on the pilot, the feud between Shatner and Nimoy, et al. But presented well and a good introduction for the 17 people who have been in a cave since 1966.

It's a good history lesson for the non trekkie on the growth of the Star Trek universe, from it's beginnings.
