Season 3 premiere: Cleveland's upset when Peter Griffin (voice of series creator Seth MacFarlane) visits Stoolbend and doesn't look him up, so he decides to bond with other friends on a camping trip hosted by wrestler Ric Flair (providing his own voice). It turns rowdy. Meanwhile, Donna wants to show that Rallo is as smart as the other kids in his class, so she forces him to enter a Quiz Bowl tournament.
When a hurricane hits Stoolbend, the Brown-Tubbs family tries to salvage what's left of their blown-away vacation. Meanwhile, Cleveland Jr. makes a surprising religious declaration.
A Halloween-theme show: Cleveland's new acquaintance goes on a killing spree after Cleveland rejects him; Donna makes Cleveland and Rallo spend a night in a haunted house to prove their bravery after they tell her that they fear slumber parties; Roberta gets caught up in a love triangle with a vampire and a werewolf.
It's "skip day" at Cleveland Jr.'s school and everyone skips school—except for Cleveland Jr. This embarrasses his dad. Meanwhile, Rallo gets in a hit-and-run accident with Kendra, who's on her scooter. Michael McDonald has a voice cameo as himself.
Donna joins a women's support group and complains about how Cleveland treats her, so he dresses as a woman and infiltrates the group to offer her his side. Meanwhile, Cleveland Jr. and Rallo join forces to stop the playground bully.
Rallo's old friend Murray (voice of Carl Reiner) has a new girlfriend (voice of Kathryn Joosten), whom Rallo suspects is after Murray's money. Meanwhile, Donna tells Cleveland that he needs to lose weight, so she signs him up for a gym. Cleveland takes this under advisement.
To help pass time while posing in a holiday nativity scene, Cleveland tells his version of one of his favorite holiday stories: "Die Hard." In it, terrorists target Waterman Cable on Christmas Eve. Guest voices include John Slattery as Mayor Box.
Cleveland Jr. begins dating a gorgeous young Latina, arousing Cleveland's suspicions about her motives. Guest voices include Rosie Perez (Chonni) and Baseball Hall of Famer Johnny Bench (as himself).
Cleveland's cultural misunderstandings with his popular new Latina neighbor, Choni, lead him to show off his knowledge of Hispanic culture. He also offers to babysit Choni's son. Meanwhile, Junior sets up his new wife, Cecilia, on a Valentine's Day date, but his jealousy gets the better of him.
Donna recruits Cleveland Jr. to be her partner for Stoolbend's annual ballroom-dancing contest, and he responds by telling her that he's in love with her. Meanwhile, Roberta babysits Rallo for a week and learns a lesson about domestic responsibilities.

But the main complaint that can be leveled against this show is that it's not very funny.
All in all, it was a surprisingly flat.
