See more Ed 07/06/2024 There almost doesn't need to be a mole, the real players will take money from themselves. The structure of the quizzes allows for the worst players to continue and players with integrity to be eliminated. There's no penalty for not being a team player . Once people realized that the strategy was to act suspicious even if you're not the mole So that they get eliminated before you, everyone's integrity went down. The quizzes are structured so that at the end of the day, it's individual. It's a little frustrating you can't vote out bad actors, but I can understand that decision because otherwise you could vote out the mole before the end of the game (But, as I said earlier, even without the more people would continue to sabotage because they think it helps their game). **Spolers ahead!** I was really disappointed to see Dom and Pranav go. They were strong competitors in my opinion that maintained integrity. Really like Greg, Because he was duplicitous, but never intentionally sabotaged the group or threw a competition. When he went out, I lost all interest and skipped to the end. I'm really glad that a competitor with integrity won. TL;DR: I'm generally a fan of psychological reality shows , but just the fact that this one made everyone act terrible and there's no repercussions hindered my enjoyment. If you wanna see something where the competitors actually respect each other, watch Big Brother. See more DoneWatching 05/02/2024 In the Netherlands and Belgium we have a show like this every year, so the concept doesn't baffle me anymore. What does is the amount of copy pasted assignments that were taken from the Dutch and mostly Belgian version. There is nothing really unique and to me that shows laziness. The host Eva makes it even worse. De Mol was originally a very mysterious show. It doesn't capture that vibe. If you want a true Mole experience watch Wie is de Mol? or De Mol. I never watched the original 2004 series, so I can't speak on that, but this version is an absolute banger!
