Love this show so much! It reminds me of gravity falls, a show I loved as a kid! So far the second seasons a banger! And I personally think its even better than the first, which I didn't even know was possible!

So far second season keeps improving on the awesome setup left from the first season. Great show, I hope they keep it up.

I just love this new season, with only six episodes this new season just made me love more the owl house.

The Owl House delivers anything you can want and more: A hilarious and heartfelt story (thanks to Alex Hirsch's ingenious work, which can be also seen on Gravity falls), lovable characters with chemistry up the wazoo, and (fortunately more commonplace in animated media), great representation of the LGBTQ+ community (which never once felt pushy, which is what many modern hollywood productions cannot say.)

Dropping all the balls. Season One was decently entertaining, but this season is just BAD so far. Everything about this season is just there to make a 14-year-old non-witch look powerful by comparison: Robbing Eda and Lilith of their powers, making King not actually the King of Demons, giving Gus the glyphs and making him bored with illusions. Everything is there to hog-tie any interesting characters and keep the main character artificially in the spotlight. Luz continues to be unintelligent, uninteresting, bland and CULTURALLY DIVERSE!!! Luz and Amity's relationship is forced and cringey. It has way too much blushing and swooning to look natural. Seriously, I haven't seen this much blushing even in Shoujo and Yuri manga. It watches like a group of straight "allies" trying to imagine what being gay looks like, even though the creator is bi. How does that happen? I have never seen a more wooden, out-of-nowhere and boring romance. But everyone acts like it's the best writing because you never see an actual realistic lesbian romance in mainstream media. This is the closest we have, and it's still pretty bad. The magic system also continues to make less and less sense. At no point has it yet to be explained how combining the glyphs for light, ice, fire and plants would cause invisibility or teleportation. It exists just to look cool, no internal logic applied. The mystery elements just pop out of nowhere. They're predictable when we get them. They arrive in info dumps. Luz draws attention to what a quirky mystery sleuth she is in the most annoying way possible by screaming things like "The butler did it." They're often too easy to find, like pulling a journal out of a library. I'm not interested in this world or the characters in it because the suspense elements are lacking. I'm at the point where I've instructed my husband to let me know when there's an Eda and King-heavy episode, if we even get any more of those. Otherwise, I'm out. I've never seen anything fail to live up to its premise and potential this badly. I'm blaming the Disney execubots on this one. You can really tell what this show should have been if you read between the lines. All this crap, and Disney won't let us get anything new related to Gravity Falls, even an art book. Figures.

So far, so great. I think its gonna be a lot better than Season 1, which i already loved.

From the quality of the animation to the diverse characters, with their own story and voice, and with its beautiful and monstrous world - it will be hard to say why you should not watch the owl house. The owl house feels rich in stories, where every character in it having a place in that world and develop at the right time. It's only the beginning of season 2 but I can already tell, even now, that this series deserve more seasons and I hope that it will.
