If you like your dramas slow, and I mean very slow, you’re in for a treat with The Pact... it packs a cracking twist towards the end and deserves credit for its originality, if not its nimbleness at getting to the point. Go to Full Review

Prabhudas K 10/04/2024 Dull and dragging, Story absolutely doesn't make any sense. The lead lady is good in acting, others either too dramatic or too wooden. 1 episode could have been enough to cover the story. Why drag it for 6 episodes ? That too almost 1 hour each episode!!! See more Alannah K 01/09/2024 Tortuous series. A narcissistic mother who stole all her children from their real parents… a violent eldest son, a pathetic annoyingly cowardly middle son and a daughter who allows herself to lie about a murder - they all should have jumped off a cliff together instead of getting a pass and a second chance that none of them deserved. See more Harriet T 11/27/2023 If someone shows up and says you're their parent, all you have to do is get a DNA test. 🙄 Christine's reasoning for simply taking Liam rather than adopting him and the other kids was ludicrous. Do schools in the U.K. not require birth certificates for enrollment? And where was Connor when Liam was taken if they were supposed to be twins (or brothers because that wasn't made clear either). Harry was a noted doctor, yet the kids couldn't do a google search to track him down? Seriously? And the whole issue with Christine's mother treating her the way she did was never explained. The problem with the whole series lies with the plot. The acting wasn't that bad. Then to drag this out for six episodes? More time should have been taken to develop something more plausible. See more georgina n 10/29/2022 Was going so well, with strong performances until the last two episodes. A ridiculous ending and many occasions when you have to ask - don't actors ever stop and say to the director ‘why is my character saying/doing this'??? From intriguing to 100% implausible in two episodes with loose endings aplenty, and no actually ‘pact', just narcissistic manipulation. See more Read all reviews
