Aug 30, 2021Com certeza muito melhor que a primeira. Traz as consequências da ideia do expurgo p sociedade ao decorrer do ano e mostra como isso afeta a sociedade como um todo.

May 30, 2021Mostly good spare a few slow/uneven parts.

Mar 04, 2021This season was SO boring, it lost all the appeal the first season had. The storyline from this season should've lasted 3 episodes max, not the whole season.
-
Jan 03, 2021Second season was much more entertaining than the first. The structure of the season with half the story taking place "off purge night" allowed space for deeper character development and a more engaging look into the "purge" event and the fictional society around it.

Nov 27, 2020Season 2 of "The Purge" gave me what i was looking for. That is "what happens during the other 365 days of the year"? This season focuses on four main characters. We see what impact this dystopian society has on regular people. The beginning of the season was a bit slow but definitely picked up towards the end. The TV series has been officially canceled by the USA Network but have no fear. The last Purge movie named "The Forever Purge" was scheduled for release in 2020. The 'Rona has forced it to move to July 2021. Probably a good idea anyway. Watching "The Purge" is definitely not as entertaining when you're in the middle of something worse. .

Oct 25, 2020Loved season 1 and loved season 2 even more! The go show is a great addition to the movie franchise.

Oct 21, 2020I enjoyed season 1 but season 2 was bad. It was almost terrible for too many reasons. I cannot even begin to describe. It is a good concept but a horrible execution. The acting is not convincing and the plot is just too mixed to the point where it all is too much and you lose interest. Overall, I would recommend anyone to watch season 1 instead of Purge movie series as this is more detailed. Would not recommend season 2 as you will be bored to death.

Sep 26, 2020Esta temporada demuestra que a nadie le interesa que se desarrolle la historia de los personajes antes de la llegada de la purga anual, ya que lo hacen mal.

Jun 18, 2020[Spoilers] This season was absolutely horrible. One of the four storylines was disgusting and borderline sick, even to Purge standards. I loved everything Purge related up to this season, but this one was just straight up bad. Although the rest of the storylines were OK, but they broke almost every rule all the other stuff followed that made it so great. There's lots of crimes outside of Purgenight. The great thing about this show was that you could NOT commit any crimes AFTER the sirens, and ONLY on Purge night. This season completely ruins this. The stupid thing is that there's almost NO consequenses for these crimes. It just takes all the stakes out of the story. There is no "surviving purgenight" which always made the show great. Even when the Purge starts (episode 8) it's still kinda boring. I admit I will still watch season 3, but I'll just stop watching it if it sucks as much as this season.

Jun 08, 2020They could do 5 seasons just showing what happens on purge night that would be better than the second season
