At this point, The Simpsons can’t really escape the burden of its legacy, but the excitement of seeing the show continuing to stretch and grow in new ways is reason enough to sit up and take notice.

Part II is a special treat for anime fans, particularly those familiar with Death Note. Seeing Lisa, Bart, Marge and Homer and even Mr. Burns drawn anime style is visually arresting.
