This series takes a look at some of America's greatest toy franchises, including the people and companies that created them, telling the stories of the rise -- and, sometimes, fall -- of the billion-dollar creations. Some of the featured toys are original creations, such as Barbie, while others are based on pop-culture franchises, including the "Star Wars" line.

Black B @RT94109295 04/22/2023 Una serie documental imperdible, ya que nos muestra la historia de los juguetes de nuestra infancia y aunque este no haya sido el caso, es bastante entretenido el como nos demuestran los inicios del juguete, caídas que tuvo, competencia de esté, la actualidad del juguete, los distribuidores, etcétera. Es bastante curioso las personas que hicieron los juguetes y como llegaron a eso, creo también que no se encasilla y eso se demuestra desde el primer episodio, no solo es hablar de un juguete conocido como es el caso de "Barbie" sino de franquicias de juguetes que representaron la infancia de muchas personas como es el caso de Star Wars, la recomiendo pero se que no es una serie para todos, si no te gustan los documéntales no te encantara esta serie ya que tiene el formato de un documental, también recomiendo ver un episodio por semana para disfrutarla mas ya que si te hechas mas de uno puede que te aburra bastante y la disfrutaras menos. The show does a good job of showcasing the toys, the collectors, and the subject matter the toys were based on. The shows have a tinge of self deprecating humor and are visually interesting.
