Glossy and borderline cheesy but a guilty-pleasure... Go to Full Review

It’s very good at conjuring up shock-horror-gasp moments of betrayal and bad behaviour. Go to Full Review

Ultimately, it doesn't offer anything very positive or entertaining. Go to Full Review

All of this fuels the game itself, twisting The Trust into a tight knot of strategy, emotion, and fun, and a game that has more to say about how people interact and relate to each other than Squid Game: The Challenge ever could. Go to Full Review
Joel Keller Decider 01/11/2024
The episodes could be shorter; the discussion of who can be trusted and who can’t starts to get repetitive pretty quickly, and the key-card pulling and voting scenes are drawn out for a dramatic effect that isn’t there. Go to Full Review

What happens when you bring 11 people to a plush, beachside mansion and offer them the opportunity to split a quarter of a million dollars, no strings attached? ...Netflix bets on drama—and that wager does not disappoint, at least for a while. Go to Full Review

Steve C @RT01008186 Apr 26 If you like The Traitors it’s a must watch See more Kan D @RT40061149 08/07/2024 I can see Netflix's attempt to bring out new reality show, but I think it is not entertaining enough and lacks sophistication. It works if you are really bored and have nothing to do. See more chris h @RT26751167 05/28/2024 A lot of reviews are based honestly on their favorites getting voting out.Leaning towards the left or right. The show has a good concept and think it's first season was a success.Maybe with a few tweaks it can be a great show.Dont pay attention to haters rating, backed up by nothing but emotion. See more Counselingover C @Counselingovercoffee76 04/23/2024 This reality tv show has more brains that all the other garbage reality shows out there. Viewers are giving it bad reviews because there weren't a lot of sex, nudity, breasts, scandals, fighting, which is what American TV viewers are accustomed to. Instead, this reality show offered interesting characters who actually had brains and logic, and spoke genuinely about their thoughts rather than being fake in front of a camera trying to be the next reality star. The characters were different from all the other reality tv garbage out there. They were also older and had more integrity rather than the other shows that has characters just trying to see how many different people they can sleep with every night. The showed examined a human condition of trust and mistrust and I thought it explored that well. If you want a reality TV show with humor, wit, integrity then this is a show for you. If you just want to see naked bodies, big boobs, abs, sex, fighting, scandal, then yes, find another show. See more Crissy W @RT11940482 03/31/2024 Way too much talking. Hard to watch and listen to people telling their same sob story over and over and over again. The host also is so cold (like many of the contestants) and has no personality. See more Sinéad W @Sine_86 02/12/2024 I feel like a lot of the reviews here missed the point of the show. It's a game. People are there to win money. They are there to convince people they deserve the money and that they can be trusted. So that's why they tell people about their hardships, that's why they get emotional when people vote them as "a liar" etc. Obviously the behaviour on the show is crazy, but you're watching the wrong show if you're looking for team work. Go watch "I'm a celebrity" if you want that. But this show is literally about money, and you need to stay on the show long enough to win some. I enjoyed it, it was what it was supposed to be. A bunch of people fighting for money. See more Read all reviews
