Whether or not it addresses every issue with medical accuracy and precision is irrelevant to me. The show presents suicide in a way that is very sympathetic to those considering it. It never makes light of them, and it never forgets who is the jerk, bully or evil one or gives them a pass. If you like good storytelling, well paced drama, and the good guys winning (that's not a spoiler if you know anything about k-dramas), you're likely to enjoy this show. A mixture of laughter and tears, I cried a lot, for example when the veteran was escorted away with honor by the grim reapers, after being mistreated his whole life, and when the little dog run away so his owner will not see him died.
