I found this season very enjoyable, it felt like a mix of thriller, horror and a bit of supernatural all mixed together. I liked the eeriness of having the entire show be at night time and the music was offsetting enough to keep you feeling on edge. See more Al H @RT36885042 Oct 11, 2026 IMO it’s a perfect show if you’re okay with: multi-dimensional perspectives on trauma-informed characters, critiques on the tensions between capitalism/colonization & indigenous culture, complex women-focused narratives, and spooky magical realism/unchallenged depictions of metaphysical encounters. As is evidenced by the polarizing reviews, it’s probably not for everybody. But that may just be the current cost of doing business for producing a show that actually hires a team of indigenous women consultants and associate producers to ensure that punches aren’t pulled for the sake of the viewers’ comfort. Five stars for a show that would rather do it right than be universally liked.
