I really enjoyed this first season, especially thanks to the development of its central mystery, and the use of natural locations, making Yosemite Park, at the risk of falling into clichés, become another character in the story. Karthik Y. @madkarthi May 25 It is a visually appealing series but I am expecting a very big change in season 2. The season 1 visuals are completely fantastic. It is giving from series vibe beautifully. I mean it is just visually stunning with all that great scenery. It is a very big positive point for this show. But looking at the flaws the story is completely slow. The narrative lag is too much in the middle episodes and nothing is moving fast. Also the plot is very formulaic and predictable like standard police crime drama. The family drama and baby daddy issues are simply not adding anything to the main mystery. They are just wasting the screen time. I am really hoping they will rectify all these major flaws. They must come with a new highly engaging plot in season 2. Very well acted, good characters and decent plot, with suitable twists and surprises, but the biggest draw of Untamed is the stunning Yosemite setting.
