In "Welcome to Wrexham," Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds learn to run the third oldest professional football club in the world. In 2020, Rob and Ryan team up to purchase the fifth tier Red Dragons in the hope of turning Wrexham AFC into an underdog story the whole world can root for, but the concern is that neither have any experience in football or working with each other. From Hollywood to Wales, from the pitch to the locker room, and the front office to the pub, the docuseries will track Rob and Ryan's crash course in football club ownership and the inextricably connected fates of a team and a town counting on two actors to bring some serious hope and change to a community that could use it.

Rob and Ryan may be the draw, but Welcome to Wrexham is much bigger than they are. And Humphrey Ker brings exactly what he brings to everything he’s in: comic relief. Go to Full Review

Welcome To Wrexham continues to show how the rise of Wrexham AFC has affected the fans and the city of Wrexham, while still having a good sense of humor around the fact that Reynolds and McIlhenney are the team’s owners. Go to Full Review

All things considered, Welcome to Wrexham Season 4 has one job above all else. It is here to entertain and inform its audience. And on that front, it never flies over the crossbar. Go to Full Review

Drew B. @only_fresh_tomatoes Jan 28 Simply excellent, all around, especially the ending. See more Cece R @Ceceeee45 Aug 17 The charm and grit of Wrexham is a must-see. The best sports docuseries on TV. Go Wrexham AFC! See more Gareth v @geewah Aug 11 A strong continuation that keeps the heart and charm intact while expanding the scope. The best sport docuseries on TV. See more karl . Jul 13 The show remains very watchable with Ryan, Rob and Humphrey continuing to add humour and passion to Wrexham's journey. However, I can't help but feel the show has lost something of its soul in the last two seasons. The heart wrenching stories that some of the players would share along with the personal struggles of some of the fans featured in the first two seasons has simply disappeared. I'm a football fan so I remain fascinated by Wrexham's journey, but for someone like my wife, who is not a sports fan, the show has lost her interest. For instance, the women's team and the youth team are featured, but truthfully only in a miniscule way. I don't feel like I know any more about the players of either team, nor for that matter do I about any new signings in the Wrexham first team than I did before the season began. I genuinely hope that next season, in what will surely be a very tough season for Wrexham, the show gets back to its roots and connects us viewers to the lives of the people that make the team and the community the reason why we fell in love with the show in the first place. See more matthias s @Thescreenasvor Jul 10 *Welcome to Wrexham* Season 4 is like a solid midfield performance—not flashy, but it gets the job done. The drama is still there: promotion dreams, emotional community moments, and Ryan & Rob being charmingly clueless (but rich). The show walks a tightrope between heart and hype—sometimes wobbling into filler territory, but mostly landing it. There’s enough grit, laughs, and goosebumps to keep fans engaged, though the novelty is starting to wear a bit thin. Still, it’s a feel-good binge with just enough bite. Not a hat trick, but definitely worth staying for the full 90 minutes. See more Robert C Jul 7 I would love more episodes and more content but if they did that I feel i might turn into Sunderland till i die and get stall so keep working your Magic Rob your the best story teller ever, oh yeah and you too Ryan lol.
