This is not another miserable, high-end missing child drama set among the weepy wealthy. It’s a colorful, quirky caper. Go to Full Review

It moves between an awkward anxiousness and heartfelt motivation -- the tension spikes in unexpected ways, but so do the farcical interludes. Go to Full Review

I can’t quite rave about Where’s Wanda?, but I can say that it is fine -- good enough, in fact, to leave me hoping that the Klatts get to say the same thing about their daughter. Go to Full Review

This series struggles to balance its physical comedy and themes of loss with solid breadcrumbs of a mystery. Go to Full Review

Where’s Wanda? is engaging and funny, but effectively shows how two parents wanted to be active in the search for their missing daughter. Go to Full Review

The sudden switches, often in a single scene, from comedy to heart-breaking drama can be jarring, but for the most part, it negotiates the bumps very well, thanks in no small part to the immensely likeable, and often affecting, performances... Go to Full Review

Carlos P @CarlosZOD Dec 18 The best series I've seen lately, as always, is one of those that promises to be bad, you don't know why you start watching it, and it turns out to be one of the best... as I said, it starts off simple... but then it develops personality. It's a new kidnapping story that maintains a comedic tone with a nod to Donnie Darko, while a family drama unfolds in the background, making you identify with the protagonists of this plot, Wanda and her family.... See more G 4 @DrGIV Jun 8 I was overwhelmingly pleased. It was genuinely funny, aesthetically gorgeous, stupendously well acted, and decidedly fresh, making a story that I don’t think has ever been told before. 11/10 well worth a watch. See more fred b @derfberful 02/23/2025 Movie was tolerable and mildly entertaining, little more, nevertheless that makes this a positive review. Another misleading Tomato score of 100% if all reviews are 51% or at least 3 stars, that's a positive review. In the tomatoverse, then 100% of reviews are positive, so it gets a Rotten score of 100%. A flawed metric, where a 3 star movie is awarded 5 stars or a 100% rating. If there is a second season, and I don't see how there could possibly be one, better shows have been canceled after 1 season. I was not intrigued enough by the setup for season2 in the last scene of season 1 to visit this series again. See more Adrian H @RT27299300 02/16/2025 It is very interesting to watch and I binged the whole season in one day See more Henk v @RT91338988 01/20/2025 Started off slowly, but developed into a brilliant and intriguing series. Hope for a Season 2. Funny perspective on Germany and the life of the locals. My wife is German and we really enjoyed it. See more Eric N @EricNix 12/19/2024 I found Where's Wanda? to be one of the Apple TV+ shows that is harder to get into. The first couple of episodes are a bit rocky and you're not sure if the quirkiness is going to end up being a good or bad thing. However, by about episode 3 or 4, the viewer starts to get to know the characters a little better and the whole premise starts to grow on you. From there on, the comedy, drama, tension and overall quirkiness starts to make Where's Wanda? a very enjoyable and entertaining production. If you're up for a fun, quirky, unusual show that doesn't take itself too seriously, Where's Wanda? should do the trick. Hopefully, Apple greenlights season 2, because the last episode certainly acts as a great cliffhanger for more adventures. I rate Where's Wanda? an 8.1. See more Read all reviews
