The show’s animation is just gorgeous. The colours, the movement, the details–they added to the immersive experience of the story. The characterizations were stellar–characters who hadn’t been given their due came alive here.

The show starts out, and gets better the longer you go. I honestly thought that all 10 episodes were way shorter then they really were. This series is full of drama, and it has lots of suspense. The drama, and suspense increase as you go on throughout the show. It has some amazing characters, and I love how it creates a story with all the X men. I love the animation this show has, and it sort of feels like a revamped version of the old show. The show gets even more surprising as you go on, and that makes a for a real well told story. This also boost the suspense.

I don't think this show is bad, but it's a bad sequel series. Which is what I rate it on. It feels more like the "creator" Beau DeMayo's fanfic for X-Men: The Animated Series then how that show was. This would have been better as just a stand alone series then chaining it to X-Men: The Animated Series, which it in no way feels like.
