Audience Reviews for Young Rock: Season 1

  • May 02, 2022
This has to be the most well-casted half-hour show on TV! This ensemble of characters are totally amazing . . . .kudos to all!
  • Apr 13, 2022
I don't usually watch comedies, but I started watching one day, and found it endearing and very witty. A well written half hour of fun.
  • Mar 30, 2022
Whether the storylines are real or not doesn't matter, they are entertaining. Rock in 2032!
  • Mar 23, 2022
Hmmm, how much of this is scripted...how much of it is true...perhaps as long as it's entertaining, who cares. Would be an original concept but watching this reminds me of watching the Wonder Years. The first one was about a wh*te family, second is a bl*ck family so why not go half way this time and have a half bl*ck(Dwayne Johnson is half bl*ck) family to make this a trilogy tv series. (the filter on here is nuts) Some of it is funny, was it worth watching, sure it brings back the 90's nostalgia of the Wonder Years again.

  • Jan 08, 2022
Comedy? Comedic biopic? Actual preparation for a political career? Hugely entertaining. Great bundle of short stories delivered by Dwayne and a talented ensemble of Dwayne-juniors and family. Headspin from seeing remembered WWF wrestlers looking similar to their real-life counterparts acting as part of the cast.
  • Nov 19, 2021
Funny, fast paced and very entertaining! I watched all episodes in just a few days it was that good and definitely will watch series 2.
  • Nov 03, 2021
Dwayne Johnson is creating his own Oprah-esque empire. This autobiographical show is genius, funny & uniquely done. What a great homage to his childhood & parents. As a reflection piece, when one looks back at the father/son dynamic what you really see as an adult is his father was doing the best he could.
  • Oct 25, 2021
It's okay and has a few moments but not really anything new or interesting.
  • Aug 04, 2021
    Engaging and surreal comedy.
