Corey's Review of Sicko
This is probably Mooore's best documentary he's made (if you can call it a documentary). Much less confrontational than many of his previous films, Moore allows the people , not him, do the talking. I only found one part of the movie questionable -- and that is the section where Moore and some of the people he interviews throughout the movie make a visit to Cuba. The scenes in this section are probably an overrepresentation of the Cuban healthcare system (although in Moore's defense Cuba is a model of healthcare for third world countries and is only ranked 2 below the US on the World Health Organizations Rankings of Healthcare Systems). Overall its a very entertaining movie. By no means your typical documentary, but that's probably what will get the average person to see the movie and thus be made aware of the issues Moore is trying to display throughout his film.
