Boring third installment, with a (predictably) boring end.
This mess is compared to "Love Actually"?? Just generic-looking, if you ask me.
I like musicals. I don't know that this will be anything Earth-shattering for me, though.
As far as Disney's direct-to-video installments go, this one is Oscar-worthy (at least juxtaposed with "The Little Mermaid II").
Can't remember it well enough to rate.
I usually hate remakes.
Loved "Chicken Run". I'm bound to love this.
Brinnina got me interested.
This movie haunts you for a while. It is pretty interesting, too.
Nothing Earth Shattering, but I still enjoyed this one. Hopkins still has some of his shine.
I couldn't believe how well Sandler did this. He earned my respect with this one....even after "Little Nicky".
Oh yeah, Watson, and of course, Seymour Hoffman are also good.
Watching this will not give you pleasant deja vu-Just a headache.
If I had even half of a penny for every movie made like this.....
Here's a sign. This is how you know it isn't worth the watch::AHEM. Jon Bon Jovi!!
This looks great as well. I hear Larry Clark is a master at shock.
I think this looks incredible.
Stupidity looks the same in every dimension.
I enjoyed this movie after watching it for the second time the other day because I realized suddenly that this movie had some pretty cool characters. I suddenly came upon the realization that this movie was made just a bit before you had to have a steryotype in the high-school setting, before you were branded like cattle. You could be cool if you wanted and you were yourself. I applaud that.
However, this film is chocked full of just a few cliches, and oh-so-many soap opera subplots.
By the end, you still fall in love with the idea of a cynic's (Moore's) first true love (Ford).
Allison Janney is also vibrant as always as her mother.
