Spider-Man 3
Spider-Man 3 (2007)

A generally excelent new chapter to the Spidey saga. Old troubles are finally resolved, while new ones begin to crop up. Unfortunately, some of those new problems were resolved just a little too neatly for my liking.
I loved Peter's little descent into darkness, and his ridiculous dance scene at a Jazz club made me laugh, but new villain Venom didn't get near enough screen time for my tastes. Sandman was awesome, though.
Well, I don't know about everyone else, but I'm very much looking forward to Spider-Man 4.

Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas

An excellent adaptation of the Dr. Seuss book, and the only good live-action Dr. Seuss adaptation ever made.

The Secret of Kells

The best animated film you've never even heard of. It was nominated for Best Animated feature. It deserved to win.
Yeah...it's that good. That it was the first ever animated feature film from
Cartoon Saloon is incredible. It will be interesting to see what they do next...

Doctor Who

Would've been a promising start for a series. Paul McGann is one of the better actors I've seen in the role of the Doctor. Too bad this is his only onsreeen appearance in the role to date.

Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths

Not the best of the Direct-to-DVD DC animated films, but it certainly has its moments, including a surprisingly orignal (and dare I say, cool) depiction of the Martian Manhunter.
I wasn't too keen on William Baldwin's rather weak sounding Batman, but James Woods' chilling portrayal of Owlman, along with a strong overall voice-cast really helps.
