Cellular (2004)

I missed the beginning of this, but saw most of it. It was really cool with a good plot and good actors, I liked the action, too. It had some good funny parts in it, too.

Ultraviolet (2006)

Utlraviolet coz of her stupid hair, or ultraviolent? This was such a stupid, crappy, laaaame movie. I can't begin to touch on all the areas it sucked on. Acting, for one. Plot, another. Directing, even the special effects weren't good or great from what I remember. I can't believe that the same kid who plays in this one, played in X-Men: The Last Stand, for almost the same type character. I'm thinking Xmen got leaked, and ultraviolet stole. just a suspicion.

The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King

Not as good as the previous two. It seems Peter Jackson was losing his touch by the third. In particular he KILLED the effect of slow motion scenes, and every time the battle seemed to be turning in the good guys' favour, BAM there's 10,000 more orcs and even bigger monsters. The end was confusing to me (never read the books, don't stone me) about where Bilbo was going, but AWWW SAMWISE'S KIDS. Still a good movie, just too long, needs to be reedited.

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

It was a great start to the trilogy. From someone's opinion who has never read the books and doesn't really plan to; everything was seamless, very vividly captured. I was entirely excited about the second one coming out when I saw the first. The Shire was beautiful, the terror the hobbits faced with the ring wraiths was perfect, the essence of all was good.
