The Demolisher was a visually striking film. I found that there were way too many fade out transitions however, like every 6-7 minutes I felt, it was just too much and didn't look nice. I did enjoy the cinematography and the synth music, which gave it that Carpenter-esque feel.
A rich dramatic story of an aged couple (Geoff and Kate) who have had a
strong marriage. As they make preparations for their 45th wedding anniversary, Geoff, receives a letter in the mail naming him next of kin to a woman believed to be his wife. The woman had been lost in a glacial crevice on a mountain climbing expedition with Geoff in 1962. This has impacted their very foundation of marriage and jealousy arises in Kate and Geoff as the tensions begin to rise. A very well acted and truly powerful piece of storytelling
