      • Crazy, Stupid, Love.
        Crazy, Stupid, Love. (2011)

This movie was absolutely hilarious. From the awkward relationships between parents and children, to crushes, to the life coaching style between Cal and Jacob, this film is a fresh take on love. The twist at the end was fabulous the first time you see the film, and it still makes you smile when it gets to that scene every time after. Truly one of the greatest romantic comedies to come out in years.

As much as I dislike Robert Pattinson, he really pulled a number on this movie and made it as great as the book. Reese Witherspoon is absolutely riveting and fabulous in every aspect. The chemistry between characters, whether good or bad, is perfectly demonstrated and portrays the book in the greatest sense possible. Overall, it was a really impressive movie.

        Argo (2012)

Argo was absolutely riveting and suspenseful. Knowing that It is based off of true events only makes it all the more enticing and intense. Ben Affleck does an amazing job not only acting in, but directing the film as well.

        Friends With Benefits (2011)

Friends with Benefits is the romantic comedy everyone's been searching for. It describes real life situations so much better than most other films in its genre. Timberlake and Kunis are so great together, and have fun with each other on screen. This movie is witty, fun, sexy, and relatable making it one of the best romantic comedies to come out on the big screen in a very long time.

Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011)

Rise of the Planet of the Apes was a fantastic movie. James Franco does an incredible job as the leading man. Andy Serkis brings in his incredible movements and expressions again to bring Caesar to life. There are some very intense scenes that make you question if this could actually happen or not - freaky, but in a really good way!
