So damn funny! Jack Black is so eccentric and hillarious. And Kyle Gass is so soft-spoken. And odd combination. But, the two make it work. If you like silly, stupid humour, you'll love this movie. The music is great. The celebrity cameos are great, including Ben Stiller, Tim Robbins, John C. Reilly, Colin Hanks, and Meatloaf as Jack Black's rock-hating Christian father. Overall, I LOVED this movie!

This documentary shows just how unjust our justice system can be. Following the horrific murder of three 8-year-old boys, 3 teenagers are coerced into being the scapegoats of society, being put on trial for a crime that they did not commit. And, with absolutely NO evidence and no link between them and the victims, only their "weirdness" to incriminate them, they are all found guilty and one sits on death row. This is a modern Salem witch trial. Very disturbing and sad.

This movie was a real eye-opener. I have always been curious about Universal Health Care since I learned about it from a French professor who had lived in Paris for 6 years. He raved about the convenience of U.H.C. As an American, I could never imagine living in a country where I can go to the doctor and receive treatment without a bill. Michael Moore did an excellent job with this movie. Kudos to M.M. for asking the questions that need to be asked and pointing out what needs to be brought to our attention.

This movie had a good, spooky start but became too theatrical towards the middle. So much that I lost interest. The short story by Stephen King is better. However, John Cusack and Samual L. Jackson were both great.
