Reverend Billy is an asshole.
After viewing this the first time, it instantly became one of my favorite films ever. The second viewing only confirmed it.
This movie looks terrible! Just look at the description of the film: "the story of Jake Tyler, a tough kid who leads with his fists, and, often, with his heart." Bravo.
I will never watch any of these movies, but I do hope that the writer-directors get executed in a public square.
Some funny parts, but not nearly as good as other "Apatow" movies. I'm thinking Seth Rogen is starting to get overexposed.
The first time in 10 years (There's Something About Mary) that I haven't hated Ben Stiller. Robert Downey is awesome. Jack Black sucks.
I liked this a lot more than I ever remotely thought I could. Pretty standard plot but a lot of fun and really really good animation.
By the numbers biopic fare, albeit with very good acting.
The clever premise is overshadowed by the Not Funny.
With the possible exception of Tigerland, Colin Farrell has never been more likable.
I saw 10 minutes of this movie on cable while drunk at 4 o'clock in the morning, yet saw enough to know it was horrific. Nicolas Cage plays a bad dinner theater parody of....Nicolas Cage.
This movie kicked ass and I really liked it. No, I'm not being sarcastic.
